**INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL:

Effective the 5th of May 2022, fully vaccinated visitors will no longer be required to book a minimum 3-night stay at a Care Fiji Commitment (CFC) Certified hotel or present a negative COVID test prior to entry into Fiji. Instead, travelers will only require a pre-paid Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) to be administered within 72 hours of arrival into Fiji and proof of vaccination.

All travelers into Fiji must pre-book and pre-pay for a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) via the government’s portal https://www.entrytestfiji.com/ Travelers will not be able to board a flight to Fiji without providing proof of this pre-paid RAT of FJ$38 on the above-mentioned booking platform. We have professional testing facilities at the resort provided by Budget Pharmacy and you can select CLUB WYNDHAM on the portal. Please note that it is the travelers responsibility to book and schedule their RAT within 72 hours after landing into Fiji. Any amendments, cancellations or changes need to go through the Entry Test Portal and not via the resort.

Please refer to https://www.fiji.travel/covid-19/travelling-to-fiji and https://www.mcttt.gov.fj/international-travel/ for information on approved vaccines, exemptions and further requirements for entering Fiji which also currently include mandatory COVID testing.

** Please be aware that the resort testing lab will only be facilitating COVID tests for those booked on the government portal for the 72 hour test. We will no longer be accepting walk-ins at the resort testing lab. It is important that guests are aware that if they choose to test again after the mandatory arrival test and should this test be positive for COVID19 the resort will not be under any obligation to extend their reservation or make a new reservation for them. If you feel unwell while you are at the resort please ask to speak to our Wellness Ambassador to discuss your options.

** Essential roof works are being carried out in the 1000 block to better prepare us for cyclone season. We apologize in advance for any disruption during this period and appreciate your patience while our contractors move around the resort with the materials for these works.

** Currently Fiji is facing freight and supply chain issues with various imported items. We have also seen an increase in freight, fuel and shipping prices. While we endeavor to keep our prices low at our food and beverage outlets please be aware that there may be certain items that have increased in price or substituted for other products.

** Please be aware that the Gymnasium will be undergoing an air-conditioner upgrade and will be closed on the 3rd and 4th August.

** We remind our owners and guests that while the resort will try our best to accommodate rooms requests we cannot guarantee upper or lower floor room allocations or specific room numbers. If you are allocated a room that is not your preferred preference and you request a room move there will be a room clean fee applicable.

**ALERT  The Fijian Government has announced travelers must have medical travel insurance, with international coverage that covers COVID-19 before travelling. If you or a family member tests positive for COVID-19 during your stay, appropriate insurance will be needed to cover costs related to possible room relocation and booking extensions, rebooking airline tickets and any associated sanitization and/or medical costs. Please also note if in the unfortunate case you contract COVID while at the resort and need to isolate you will be required to check out of your room at 9am on the day of departure to allow for adequate time to sanitize the apartment. The current Fijian government isolation period is 7 days. While we cannot guarantee inhouse extensions for isolation cases due to availability we will try our best to accommodate.

**A credit card service fee of 3.0% is applicable, in addition to the total amount payable. Please note International Travel Money Cards may not be compatible in Fiji. An ATM is available for cash withdrawals from these cards which also incurs a fee of FJD$15 (approx. as at 3 November 2017). EFTPOS facilities are compatible with both Fijian/Overseas cards.**

**All chip enabled cards can be processed with a Tap N Go facility minimizing the handling of the cards, please check with reception.**

**Effective from 1st April 2022, the Fijian Government has removed the Environmental Levies (EL) of 5% on the tourism industry which applies to resort stays at Club Wyndham Denarau Island.**
